What we collect
We only collect information that is necessary to run our studio and serve our clients. This includes:
- Contact information you provide when reaching out — name, phone number, company name, and anything you choose to share in a brief.
- Project material — briefs, brand assets, footage, scripts, and reference files shared with us during an engagement.
- Basic technical data when you visit our site — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use this only to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics profiling on this website.
Why we use it
We use the information you share with us to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- Deliver the creative work you have engaged us for.
- Invoice you and keep accurate financial records as required by Pakistani tax law.
- Keep our website and file transfers secure.

Who sees it
Access to client information inside our studio is limited to the people working on your project. Where a provider is based outside Pakistan, we rely on their published safeguards and, for EU/UK data, on standard contractual clauses.
We will only disclose information to a government authority, court, or regulator if we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Project files and correspondence are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 24 months after final delivery, so we can support you if you come back to the work. Financial records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete earlier — see the next section.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to receive a copy, and to ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Security
We store client files on access-controlled cloud services, use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all studio accounts, and encrypt file transfers by default. No system is perfectly secure, but we take a breach seriously — if one occurs and it affects you, we will contact you directly and, where the law requires, notify the relevant authority.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes affecting active clients, we will also notify you directly.
