Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the OnlyMedia.ai website and any creative services you engage us for. By using the site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. A separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) will always cover the specifics of a paid engagement and, where anything conflicts, the SOW wins.
Who you're dealing with
These Terms are with OnlyMedia.ai, a media studio operating from 24 F, Phase 1, Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan 54000. You can reach us at 0317 111 59 37.
Using the website
You may view the site for personal or business information purposes. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, or republish material from the site without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site's security or availability.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our services
OnlyMedia.ai produces video, audio, motion, and visual identity work, often with AI in the production pipeline. Each engagement is scoped in an SOW that sets out deliverables, timeline, fees, and any assumptions. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Fees and payment
Unless the SOW says otherwise:
- Project fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD), exclusive of taxes.
- A 50% advance is due before work begins; the balance is due on final delivery.
- Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month.
Third-party costs (stock, talent, music licences, hosting) are passed through at cost with prior approval.
Revisions and approvals
Each SOW includes a defined number of revision rounds — typically two. Further revisions, or changes to a previously approved deliverable, are billed at our standard rate. Once you sign off on a deliverable in writing (email counts), we treat that stage as final.
Timelines
We publish realistic timelines and stick to them. Delays caused by late feedback, late asset delivery, or scope changes on your side move the timeline accordingly. We will flag this in writing rather than absorb it silently.
Ownership of the work
On full payment of the relevant invoice, ownership of the final deliverables listed in the SOW transfers to you, along with the right to use them for the purposes described. We retain ownership of:
- Working files, project files, unused drafts, and raw source material, unless the SOW specifically includes them.
- Our pre-existing tools, templates, prompts, model configurations, and know-how.
- Any third-party assets (stock, fonts, music) which remain subject to their original licences.
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
AI in production
We use AI tools during production — for scripting, editing, generation, and post. You should know that:
- All final deliverables are reviewed by a human on our team before they reach you.
- We do not submit your confidential material to public model providers without your consent, and we prefer providers that do not train on our inputs.
- We do not clone a person's likeness or voice without documented consent from that person.
- Where a deliverable is materially generated by AI and your industry requires disclosure, we will label it accordingly and you agree to disclose it downstream.
What you promise us
By engaging us, you confirm that any material you share — brand assets, footage, scripts, references, personal likenesses — is either owned by you or properly licensed, and that we can use it to deliver the work. If a third party claims otherwise, you agree to defend us against that claim and cover any resulting costs.
Confidentiality
We keep your briefs, unreleased work, and business information confidential, both during the engagement and after. If you would like a separate NDA, we are happy to sign one.
Cancellation
Either side may cancel a project in writing. If you cancel, you pay for all work completed up to that date, plus any non-refundable third-party costs already committed. Advances are non-refundable once work has started. If we cancel through no fault of yours, we refund fees for work not yet delivered.
Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a project is capped at the fees you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
Force majeure
Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control — natural disasters, internet or power outages, government action, or civil unrest. We will let you know as soon as we can and work with you on a revised timeline.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly will be settled in the courts of Lahore.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the date at the top. For active engagements, the version in effect when you signed the SOW applies to that project.
